REFUND POLICY

At urolek.online, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase of our sleeping bags and tents. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a convenient return and exchange service. Please read the following policy carefully:

  1. Return and Exchange Conditions
    Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the goods.
    The goods must be in their original packaging, with all tags intact, and unused and undamaged.
    Promotional or discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange; please check the product description before purchasing.
    All accompanying accessories, gifts, and instruction manuals must be returned together.
  2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
    Log in to your account or contact customer service using your order number.
    Submit a return or exchange request and explain the reason.
    After review by customer service, you will be provided with a return address and instructions.
  3. Return and Refund Process
    Return Review: After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect the condition of the goods within 3-5 business days.
    Refund Processing: Once the goods are confirmed to meet the return conditions, the refund will be returned to your payment account within 5-10 business days.
    Refund Amount: Except for the cost of the goods themselves, shipping costs are non-refundable (unless it is a product quality issue).
  4. Exchange Process
    If the product has quality issues or you received the wrong item, you can request an exchange.
    Customer service will assist you in confirming inventory and arranging for the shipment of the same or equivalent product.
    Shipping costs for exchanged goods will be borne by the company (due to quality issues or incorrect shipment).
  5. Damaged Goods or Shipping Issues
    If the goods are damaged during shipping, please take photos upon receipt and contact customer service immediately.
    We will provide free return, exchange, or reshipment services.
  6. Important Notes
    Non-returnable/non-exchangeable situations: Goods that have been used or damaged, goods without original packaging, or requests made after the return/exchange period has expired.
